My son, King King, has been attending Shichida for a few months. He really enjoys attending his class. We are glad to see great improvements in his concentration ability! Most amazingly is he usually gets the correct answer during the picture memory games & intuitionactivities in class. We're impressed that his teacher knows him well as the class size is small and personalised. We are confident that this is a suitable learning method for him. He loves learning and possesses a wide vocabulary of over 300 words. He is able to express himself in simple sentences at the age of 22 months. We believe the Shichida Method program has been a wonderful start to his learning journey!

Q (2 yrs old) is very happy every time he attends his class at Shichida. He always has a big smile on his face. Q enjoys all of the class activities. The teacher amazes me with her various ways of attracting children’s attention. What impressed me the most is how Shichida involved parents in the learning process. Q understands the concept of same and different and his vocabulary has enriched as well. He enjoys image training and listening to people reading picture books. The most important thing for me is Q is very happy.

Q’s Mom (Q is 2 years old)

My 2 1/2 years old daughter has been attending Shichida for 9 months. During this time, she has shown a greater interest in numbers. She is able to add basic numbers or recall numbers up to 100. She can also easily identify all of the letters in the alphabet and pronounce the letters correctly due the song learnt at Shichida which she is always happily reciting. She has extended her levels of concentration for the memory games and puzzles at home, and she does all of this with a real sense of pride and enjoyment. But most importantly, she always wants to go to Shichida and is happy in this learning environment. I fully intend for my 6 month old to attend next year.

One of the most noticeable behavior I observed is that my children are very eager to go see their teacher. They can sit through the whole class and pay attention to every activity the teacher conducts. All lessons are very good and even more beneficial when practiced at home. Assignments and tips given by the teacher are very helpful. At the beginning, I thought it might be too much for two years old children but it turned out that I was wrong. My children enjoy them very much. Home activities are great to promote bonding in the family. The most important thing for me is to see my children happy.

My son (3 years and 4 months old) always knows what I have on my mind. For example, when I have a brochure from a cake shop in my hand and I ask my son, “Let me show you something nice!”. He would immediately ask, “Cakes?”. There are so many similar incidences and we are always amazed how he would know.

When I learnt about the Shichida Method, I enrolled my son (1 year and 9 months old) without any hesitation. I observed great development in my son after attending a few classes. He understands the lessons and can give the teacher the right answers. Everyone in my family realizes the importance of taking my son to Shichida. His grandparents never let him miss a class. My son enjoys his class very much and loves to go to Shichida. I think it is fun and not stressful at all.

My daughter is a bilingual girl (Chinese and English) with Chinese and Dutch heritage. She has, since birth, drawn comments from all who meet her regarding her obvious intelligence and thoughtfulness. She was 1 year and 7 months old when she started the Shichida program. After 2 months with the program, she was stringing together 3-word sentences. After 4 months, she was able to correctly identify which brand belonged to which logo for all of the cars commonly seen on Australian roads. At 2 years and 3 months old, most adults understand what she says. Very often she will hear a new word once and she is able to pronounce the word clearly, e.g., Encyclopedia. She is speaking in 5 to 6 -word sentences and more importantly, grammatically correct sentences, e.g., “This is a good song”, “It’s a good song”, and “Can you put it away, mummy?”. Often, she translates English sentences into Chinese sentences and vice versa. She has an awareness in television news broadcasts (e.g., she can name prominent Australian politicians and the President of the United States). While we believe that, from birth, my daughter possesses innate abilities of good memory (she remembers details of what she sees and hears) and has a high level of observation skills, language and cognition, being in the Shichida program has certainty contributed to the acceleration of her development. The program undoubtedly provides valuable educational experiences, with not only attention to left-brain development but also with focus on right-brain development, which is so often neglected elsewhere.

Tonmai is my first child and I wanted to give him all the best things. I wanted Tonmai to develop well both physically and mentally so when he was a little over 1 years old, I began to look for places to enhance his capability. After my friend told me about Shichida, I researched on the Shichida Method and enrolled. Since attending the classes, I have never worried about how to play with Tonmai because I can adapt all things around me to play with him in a proper way. Now, I think that Tonmai can perceive and learn without limit.
